We are here to help you. Our well-trained team uses a holistic approach for treating substance use disorders in our 10-bed unit in UHS Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton, New York. A provider performs an admission history and physical and manages medical conditions and opioid withdrawal, as needed. Where appropriate, we start Suboxone® (buprenorphine/naloxone) in patients with opioid use disorders and refer them to an outpatient provider or to the UHS Medication Assisted Treatment Program (methadone clinic) upon successful inpatient discharge.
